Operational Audit
Most companies automate isolated tasks. Rozeta maps how work actually moves through the organization- across systems, approvals, teams, and operational bottlenecks.
FEATURE 01
We shadow the work, not interview it.
We sit with the team that actually runs the workflow today. Not a one-hour stakeholder interview - a week of shadowing the people doing the work, including the parts they don't think to mention because it's just how things run. Output: a documented map of how the workflow actually operates, including the implicit rules nobody wrote down.
FEATURE 02
We build a friction inventory, not a wishlist.
Every workflow has friction. Some of it is solvable with AI today. Some of it isn't. We rank every friction point in the workflow by operational cost and AI feasibility, then tell you which is which. Output: a prioritized list of bottlenecks with feasibility scoring - and the ones we'd recommend fixing without an agent.
FEATURE 03
We hand you a scoped build target with payback math.
The audit ends with a specific recommendation: the agent we'd build first, the timeline to ship it, the success metric, and the projected Year 1 payback. If we can't see a path to production within 12 months of payback, we tell you. Output: a build-ready scope your CFO can defend, or an honest "not yet" with the reasons why.

Find the medtech workflows AI should rebuild first
Rozeta runs a 4-week operational audit across your commercial, regulatory, quality, and field workflows — then ships production AI systems into the ones where coordination overhead, submission cycles, and manual handoffs are actually slowing the business down.
